Using the service
Gambit Results is a personal tournament-tracking and hand-review tool. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Your account and data
You are responsible for access to your Google account and for the accuracy and legality of the information you upload. Only import files and hand histories that you are permitted to use. The privacy policy explains how account and tracker data are handled.
No poker or financial advice
Statistics, hand suggestions, and review prompts are informational tools. They do not guarantee results and are not poker, gambling, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and play.
Beta service
The tracker is currently offered as a beta and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service develops.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tracker, loss of data, tournament outcomes, or reliance on its calculations. Keep a backup of information that is important to you.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the tracker changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be directed to the site operator through the Gambit community channel where this tracker was shared.
