Gambit Results
Privacy policy
Effective October 20, 2026
What this tracker collects
When you sign in, Google and Supabase provide the account information needed to identify your account, such as your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information. The tracker stores the tournament results, notes, imported hand details, and hand-review decisions you choose to save.
Guest mode
Guest results and hand reviews are kept only in the current page’s memory and are not saved to an account or browser storage. Refreshing, closing, or leaving the page clears them. You can download a backup yourself, or sign in with Google and import your export again to save results.
How imports work
Your Gambit ZIP or text export is read in your browser so the tracker can extract tournament results, consequential Key hands, and candidate hands for review. The resulting tracker data and saved hand histories are stored privately with your account. Key hand histories are stored separately and opened when you select a hand. The original upload is not published by the tracker.
How information is used
Your information is used to sign you in, sync your tracker across sessions, calculate your statistics, and support the hand-review workflow. Gambit Results does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in, Supabase provides authentication and database storage, and Cloudflare hosts the website. Those providers may process technical information as described in their own privacy policies.
Privacy and sharing
Tracker records are private to the signed-in account by default. Database access rules are designed so each user can access only their own tracker data. The monthly sharing feature includes summary statistics—not hand histories or private notes.
Public feedback and roadmap
If you submit feedback, its title, details, submission date, and roadmap status are publicly visible. Your account email and profile are not displayed on the board. We store an account identifier with your submission to manage access and deletion. Please do not include private hand histories or personal information in feedback. Contact the site operator through the Gambit community channel to request removal of a submission.
Your choices
You can edit or delete tournament records and their associated review hands in the tracker, and you can download a backup of your data. For an account or full-data deletion request, contact the site operator through the Gambit community channel where this tracker was shared.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect saved data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Data is kept while your account uses the service or as needed to operate the tracker, unless deletion is requested.
Children and changes
This service is not intended for children under 13. This policy may be updated as the tracker changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
